Most treatments carry some warranty / free service period, this will vary depending on the time of year, the pests treated and the general maintenance of the site. Please bear in mind that insects are the most successful organisms on earth. It is impossible to stop all insects entering your home or site.

Preparation
Prior to treatment please prepare your home or site as follows:
- Clear all internal & external areas to allow access to as much of the property as possible.
- Remove all pet food bowls to eliminate chances of contamination or ensure they are thoroughly cleaned after treatment.
- Pick up any pet droppings from the grounds.
- Remove children’s toys etc from areas to be treated.
- Advise of any fish ponds / tanks both inside and out, external fish ponds should be covered and these areas totally avoided from treatment.
- Wash any hard internal flooring, this will allow for maximum time of exposure before the area is washed again maximizing results.
- If any occupants are particularly sensitive to pesticides or young babies are present, make arrangements to go out for the day. All products used for general treatments are very safe but common sense and safety of people always come first.
